  • Manage day-to-day operations of commercial tenant improvement (TI) projects.
  • Oversee subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers to ensure compliance with project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Conduct site inspections and implement quality control measures to ensure work meets project specifications and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Manage project schedules, progress reports, and budget tracking to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain a safe and productive work environment, enforcing all company policies, OSHA regulations, and building codes.
  • Communicate with clients and provide regular updates on project progress, addressing any concerns or issues as they arise.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  • Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise on the job site.
