Introduction to the job ASML US, including its affiliates and
subsidiaries, bring together the most creative minds in science and

Business Partner, you will create and execute an internal
communications strategy to help achieve business objectives, ensure
employee engagement and strong alignment to business strategy and
culture. You will report to the Sr. Mgr. US Internal
Communications.Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for Internal
Communications at ASML's San Diego site. It's a fast paced and
growing location that is critical to lithography infrastructure in
the semiconductor industry and one of ASML's major R&D and
manufacturing hubs. San Diego is home to nearly 2,000 employees who
design and manufacture sophisticated light source modules for
ASML's lithography systems - high-tech equipment the size of city
buses that operate with nanometer accuracy and are used by all of
the world's top chip makers to make the chips in smartphones,
laptops and data centers as well as cars and airplanes and much
more.In close cooperation with the US Communications team and the
team at the global headquarters in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, you
will support the internal communications needs of the San Diego
site. This will be a hands-on role requiring you to advise senior
management, create and execute communications plans, produce and
publish content and organize town halls. In other situations, you
will work as part of the US and/or global team, bringing local
knowledge, contacts and expertise to global projects or
implementing global communications initiatives and events at the
San Diego site.This is an ideal position for a communications
professional who wants to make the step from a medium-sized
organization to a global, Nasdaq-100 corporation, and who seeks a
broad spectrum of challenges. You will be asked to seamlessly
transition between strategy and execution. High affinity for
technology is a must, a science/engineering background is a
plus.This position may require access to controlled technology, as
defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. - 730,
et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access
such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business
demands may require the Company to proceed with candidates who are
immediately eligible to access controlled technology.Duties and
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leadership to ensure successful internal
communications to keep all ASML San Diego employees well-informed
to help achieve business objectives.
- Provide hands-on support for site-specific internal
communications, coaching and advising senior management, creating
communications plans, producing and publishing content across
multiple channels (e.g. intranet, email, etc.) and organizing town
halls and other events.
- Customize and implement global communications initiatives and
events for the San Diego site.
- Partner with US and global communications teams to accomplish
key priorities including culture, strategy and change management
efforts.
- Be the eyes and ears of the US and global team, providing
content, information and contacts for the global intranet news
feed, corporate PR initiatives and employer branding and
recruitment campaigns.

experience
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business or other relevant
field or equivalent combination of education and/or
experience.
- Master's degree a plus.
- Science/technology background a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in internal
communications in a corporate environment.
- Experience working in integrated communications teams a plus.

strong PowerPoint design aesthetic.

Translates measurement data in smartly contextualized conclusions

- Hands-on multi-channel experience.
- Proficient with SharePoint (building well-organized sites to
host local communications/site information).
- Experience with, or aptitude for learning, digital tools like
Microsoft Forms, Teams Live meeting production, email campaign
system, and digital screen content system.
- Lead video projects by creating briefs, storyboarding and
honing in on central messages, organizing shoots, and guiding
editing for final successful outcome.
