All companies have an office in San Diego and may require applicants to be available onsite.Accounts Payable Specialist responsibilities include:

• Process invoices from multiple vendors and reconciling purchasing orders to vendor invoices
• Checking figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes
• Compile data, compute fees and charges, and prepare invoices for billing purposes
• Debiting, crediting, and totaling accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases, using specialized accounting software
• Support month-end close efforts with reconciliations, account aging, and journal entriesIn San Diego only. Pay is based off experience.
