schedule.Position Summary The Program Planner/Scheduler will be
responsible for implementation of standard processes and tools for
program planning on development programs for cutting edge space
products. This role will prepare, develop and coordinate the
Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
to meet all program milestones and deliverables. The ideal
candidate should be comfortable -working in a fast-paced -dynamic
environment with knowledge on best practices and procedures that
affect the IMS. This position will work within a team environment
consisting of program management, technical, production, and
finance.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential
functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Ensure major projects, program
schedules and plans are integrated across company functional groups
including finance, engineering, material manufacturing, and
-quality.Manage the information within the IMS, utilizing
experience-based -skill sets and knowledge to develop, interpret
and analyze the schedule/cost data.Under limited supervision from
Sr. Scheduler, manage scheduling operations for assigned
-programs.Utilize Gantt, Critical -Path, milestone charts, earned
value management and other project management techniques to gauge
progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and
intervention on critical -areas.Development of Integrated Master
Schedule (IMS) for each programDetail planning and maintenance
throughout the program's lifecycleSupport weekly and monthly
reviews of IMS status and metricsDetailed analysis of the IMS to
ensure quality, completeness and -compliance.Support IMS baseline
reviews internal / externalMay participate in new business
proposals as required to develop a schedule baseline.Minimum
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of
relevant experience OR -in lieu of a degree 5 years of relevant
experience is required.Clear understanding the fundamentals of
Planning, with Cost/Schedule Integration and Schedule
Analysis.Knowledge of scheduling using Microsoft -Project.Knowledge
of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) best practices
(preferred).Experience with critical path management.Experience
working with DoD programs (preferred).Experience scheduling for
product development cycles.Strong written and verbal communication
skills and ability to make presentations to management.Strong
knowledge of MS Office Suite.

abilities required by this position include clarity of vision at
approximately 20 inches or less (i.e., working with small objects

acuity, and peripheral vision. The noise level in the work
environment is usually low to moderate. Salary Range$85,000.00 -
$100,000.00However, Innoflight considers several factors when
extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and
associated -responsibilities, a candidate's work experience,
education/training, and key skills. Employees may be eligible for
profit sharing and discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as
