We are looking for an Escrow Assistant responsible for the specific duties listed below.

• 
  
• Process files from opening to close of escrow.
  
• Order payoff demands.
  
• Contact clients for information and to update them on the progress of their escrow transaction.
  
• Abstract and review documents to ensure that they are correct and ready to record.
  
• Prepare loan documents for signatures.
  
• Handle lender conditions prior to fundings.
  
• Disperse files at close of escrow.
  
  Specific qualifications for the position include :
  
  
  • 
    
  • MUST have 1 year of experience using SMS and greenfolders
    
  • Recent escrow experience required
    
  • 2 years minimum experience working as an escrow assistant or officer is required
    
    Pay Rate Range : $23.00 - $30.00
    
    
    
    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
