No need to recreate the wheel as we set you up for success by providing you with all the tools you need; a CRM, a custom website, leads, signs, open house opportunities, marketing management, a transaction coordinator, a listing coordinator, extensive training, and the list goes on. The best part? $0 overhead costs and $0 monthly desk fees or costs. We also have multiple office locations throughout San Diego that have free high-end printing abilities.

This rewarding, full-time position provides agents with a fantastic opportunity to grow their income as high as they wish. We require our agents to work full-time, spending half of their day following our systems to create business through lead follow-up and marketing. You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer's dream home. If you're willing to put in the work, these systems are proven to work and have got multiple of our agents making six figures! -With our new development projects under construction, there will be an abundance of open-house opportunities that will allow you to expand your sphere and unlock more potential for sales. -

We just opened a new sales office in Carlsbad Village to launch our 17-unit luxury development on State St. This will create an abundance of opportunities for open houses, meeting new potential clients, and more.

Responsibilities:
--- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
--- "Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
--- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
--- Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
--- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs and close the deal

Qualifications:
--- Real Estate License
--- A go-getter attitude
--- Real estate experience preferred
--- Good communication skills
