Dispatcher:
At Bright Event Rentals, ensuring customer satisfaction and Team Member safety is of critical importance. As a Dispatcher, you plan, organize and communicate daily schedules and delivery routes. Delivery routes need to be completed in a timely, organized and efficient matter. A Dispatcher works with the Bright Team to resolve challenges, to ensure safety and to exceed customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Create, manage, prepare and share Team Member schedules, daily routes and Dispatch documents
  
• Accurately input daily routes into a computer software program
  
• Complete Team Member and company reporting paperwork
  
• Monitor the routes of Field Team Members and communicate with them throughout the day
  
• Track and resolve problems in the field with Bright Team Members
  
• Provide clients with updates regarding deliveries or pick-ups
  
• Ensure Bright Team Members are following all rules and regulations including safety policies
  
• Complete truck audits as assigned
  
• Work with Operations Manager to ensure Bright's fleet of trucks remain up-to-date and in compliance with all vehicle regulations
  
  
  Qualifications for Dispatcher:
  
  • 
    
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
    
  • Bilingual in Spanish-write, read, and communicate proficiently
    
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
    
  • Ability to thrive in a face-paced environment
    
  • Experience in deliveries, dispatching, or other driving logistics is preferred
    
  • Computer Literate - using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Zoom, and other software
    
  • Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
    
  • Valid state Driver's License with clean driving record and background is required to operate Bright's vehicles; experience driving delivery vehicles is preferred.
    
    
    Compensation: $20-$26 per hour
