.Position Summary & Role This position will report to the Senior
Director, Co-Head of Franchise and provide administrative and
project support on various proposals throughout the life cycle of
the proposal process.Job Responsibilities:
- As necessary and appropriate, assist the Senior Director,
Co-Head of Franchise in team meetings, collecting data and
organizing winning proposal strategies.
- Compile and manage a complete list of qualified teaming
partners and track the status of required documents.
- Point of contact with legal team to edit and finalize legal
agreements and collect various documents required in contract
solicitations.
- Serve as the primary contact between teaming partner and
company during pre-award, contractual activities.
- Prepare and manage solicitation documents selecting appropriate
clauses, ensuring clear and complete specifications, including
packing and delivery requirements or other routine supplemental
stipulations.
- Responsible for developing initial outlines for proposals,
white papers, requests for information and other solicitation
documents.
- Responsible for development of Compliance Matrix, as
appropriate, for proposals
- Maintain proposal tracking database.
- Maintain proposal, agreement files, organize internal files and
assist with document retention and archiving.
- Take dictation and prepare basic cover letters.
- Coordinate and lead conference calls
- Maintain repository for all collateral files used in proposal
development (CVs, bio-sketches, boilerplate documents, etc.)
- Ensure the highest quality of all documents submitted through
the proposal processes.*All employees are expected to adhere to the
Quality Management System established in the Quality Manual,
Quality Policy, Standard Operating Procedures, Current Good
Manufacturing Practices, and any other applicable regulations and
standards to the duties within their role.Minimum Qualifications
- An Associates of Arts/Science degree from an accredited
college
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products,
including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
- Good communication and organization skills
- Excellent attention to detailPreferred Qualifications
- Bachelor in Life Science
- Proposal experience, with preference given for experience
working with proposals for the United States government.
- Experience with Government contractsPhysical Requirements:This

annualized base pay hiring range for this position is $60,000.00 -
$88,500.00. Actual base pay is dependent upon a number of factors,
including but not limited to, the candidate's geographical
location, relevant experience, qualifications, skills and
