Job type: Full-time, in office. Locations: 3131 Camino del Rio
N, Ste 650, San Diego, CA 92108 Role Summary: The company is
looking for a detail-oriented team player with clear communication
skills to support our rapidly growing company. The IT Helpdesk
Specialist will report to the IT Operations Manager and provide
cross-department support to ensure everyone has the tools they need
to complete their work and keep the operation running smoothly.
This individual will be the main point of contact for technology
requests and issues throughout the organization.What you will
do:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to all employees
and internal departments while contributing to TEAM's vision for
unparalleled client experience
- Provide first level support for technology issues
- Monitor ticket queue and resolve directly or escalate within
defined SLA
- Document procedures and write internal internal knowledge
center articles
- Setup employee workstations - computers, desks, monitors,
printers
- Inventory and track technology equipment through their
lifecycle What we are looking for:
- Application support and troubleshooting experience with
technologies such as: O365, Google Workspace, Windows 10, etc
- Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability lift 35 pounds

role is based in California. The California pay range for this
position is $22.00-$27.00 per hour. Compensation is based on
several factors including but not limited to the applicant's
skills, work experience, knowledge, abilities, education, etc. Note
that this range may not apply to employees based outside of
