Summary
This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized
experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band
DP-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the
private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate
the following: Experience with leading teams and the oversight of
requirements definition, research and development, integration,
testing, training, production, installation, contracting, budget
planning and execution, and sustainment of various programs and
projects of networks solutions and RF communications at shore
infrastructure that deliver operational information for the
Warfighters. Desired experience with starting and establishing new
programs and projects.

authority to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions

The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within
the payband, including higher responsibility positions. Based on
the responsibilities of this position (Tier 2), the total adjusted
salary may be capped $183,500.00.
This position is in the Personnel Demonstration Project under
authority of Title VII of the Civil Service Reform Act of 1978.
The pay schedule and pay band for all Demonstration Project
Professional Positions will be DP-1/2/3/4.
This position is eligible for part time, full time or ad-hoc
telework at the discretion of management.
Certain incentives (such as Recruitment, Relocation or Student Loan
Repayment) may be authorized to eligible selectees.
This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority
Placement Program.
Several vacancies may be filled.
The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within
the payband, including higher responsibility positions. Based on
the responsibilities of this position (Tier 2), the total adjusted
salary may be capped $183,500.00.
