Position Responsibilities and Duties:

• Monitor Certified Payroll for both internal self-perform projects and external subcontracts.
• Perform periodic audits on projects to ensure compliance with IRA
• Create and maintain healthy relationships with contractors
• Review and verify payroll records against David Bacon and Union wages
• Review and verify union contributions and apprenticeship paperwork to determine compliance with applicable rules and regulations
• Issue requests for missing and revised documentation and corresponds with the applicable contractor's staff to ensure compliance
• Work with LCPTracker to review and approve Certified Payroll Reports
• Compile information for 3rd party requests.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
