Volt is seeking an experienced onsite Sr On-Site Svcs Specialist MS Ops for a leading Legal Office in Downtown!

As Sr On-Site Svcs Specialist MS Ops you will:

• General administrative tasks including but not limited to: phones and greeting, copying, filing, and emails
• Responsible for mailroom duties such as: digital mail scanning, sorting mail, emailing customers, completing physical mail deliveries
• Handle highly sensitive and confidential documents time sensitive information
• Responds to and coordinates all service calls required by customer
• Performs duties related to the shipping and receiving of materials
• Operates high volume duplicating equipment This is a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity.
  
  The ideal candidate will have:
  
  • COVID-19 Vaccinated (proof of both shots required)
  • Mailroom experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Highschool Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with FTP (File Transfer Protocol) and ORC (Optical Character Recognition) Schedule: Monday-Friday(onsite) 8 AM - 5 PM
    
    Pay Rate: $18.37/hr and free parking
    
    *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
