Overview
In this role you'll be working in theresearch department to prepare and characterize nanoparticle-based formulations. This role will give you an opportunity to assist in managing the lab, prepare small scale to large scale formulations and use instrumentation for characterize formulations.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9a-5p
Responsibilities:

• 
  
• 
  Preparation of small scale to large scale nanoparticle-based formulations.
  
• 
  Characterization of formulations by using zetasizer, pH meter.
  
• 
  Preparation of buffers and stock solutions.
  
• 
  Orders chemicals and supplies.
  
• 
  Shipment of formulations.
  
• 
  Documentation of all procedures and generation of reports.
  
• 
  Prepares technical reports.
  
• 
  Supports the organization in maintaining a safe working environment focused on quality and that fosters learning, respect, open communication, and teamwork.
  
• 
  Sustains knowledge of formulation development.
  
• 
  Sustains written and verbal communication skills to effectively interface across functional teams.
  
• 
  Presents the data in the team meetings.
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • 
    BS or higher degree with strong background in chemistry, chemical engineering, biology, pharmacology or related field.
    
  • 
    Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience and proficiency in buffers preparation, stock solutions preparation and characterization of formulations.
    
  • 
    Must have a minimum of 2 years industry experience in related field.
    
  • 
    Good writing and communication skills.
    
  • 
    Ability to work with various teams.
    
  • 
    Preferred Qualification
    
    • 
      
    • 
      Liposomal siRNA/mRNA/miRNA/drug delivery experience
