SOLV Energy is an engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) and solar services provider for utility solar, high voltage substation and energy storage markets across North America.
Job Description Summary:
The Project Scheduler will develop and maintain construction job schedules to maintain timely and profitable job completion. Hybrid position based out of the San Diego office, requiring travel within California to provide assistance in developing and maintaining schedules at jobsites located within the assigned region.

Position Responsibilities and Duties:

• Use P6 software to develop and maintain project schedules
• Assist Project Manager and Superintendent in development of master project schedules, subcontractor schedules, and in updating schedules
• Perform schedule analysis for change orders and claims
• Assist in claims preparation and analysis
• Train field personnel in scheduling procedures
• Prepare "as built" schedules Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:
  • Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 2 years project engineering or related experience
  • Scheduling experience is preferred
  • Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
  • Experience using P6 Software preferred, not required
  • Knowledge of construction methods and processes
  • Construction-related scheduling experience - Critical Path Method
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including business writing skills, and professional telephone manner
  • Reliability, dependability and flexibility
  • Ability to travel

    $91,520.00 - $137,280.00
