Job Description:
Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but
not limited to, the combination of education, certifications,
knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and
external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as
contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and
applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for
this position is provided within the posting and are based on full
time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on
regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum
displayed represents the broadest range for this position
(inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and
is just one component of Noblis total compensation package for
employees. Noblis MSD scientists, engineers, technical staff,
analysts, and program managers identify and deploy secure shipboard
technologies, integrate information technology across shipboard
platforms and shipboard systems, and develop computing and
networking strategies to support the Warfighter. Noblis MSD
employees create strategic solutions to help customers reach new
levels of mission support and transform their organizations. Noblis
MSD is seeking a Senior Material and Procurement Specialist to join
our team to perform material procurements, purchasing, tracking and
inventory management for complex systems, components and parts.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
The preferred candidate has experience in NIWC Pacific NIEF
operations and must possess a solid foundation of knowledge and be
proficient in the procurement process, as well as an understand the
Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The Senior Material
Specialist should also possess outstanding written and verbal
communication skills and be extremely organized. Basic
qualifications for this position are listed below. Required Skills:
Begin developing relationships one level up and two levels down.
Identify and support opportunities to expand project scope beyond
current deliverable and actively share information about clients
emerging support needs and trends with team members and
management.
