Job Details

Our team is vastly experienced in construction within the following fields: Federal, Municipal, Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, Emergency Services and Water Infrastructure.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of complex water infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a General Superintendent, you will manage a team of construction professionals, coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Must have experience managing water and wastewater pump stations, and treatment plants. W/WW experience required.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing self perform water infrastructure projects including - structural concrete, mechanical, process pipe, yard pipe and excavation/fill
• Strong knowledge of change orders and project scheduling
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements, including OSHA and EPA regulations
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred, but not required
