The Company

Are you ready to help lead the way for all West Coast Power Delivery Group substations and transmission and distribution projects? My client seeks a star of a Power Delivery Lead with a PE or EIT.

The Role
Design of transmission line systems, substations, switching stations, and utility distribution systems (overhead and underground).
Create or examine intricate electrical system models and authenticate the conclusions and suggestions derived from various system studies.
Generate alternative conceptual designs, conduct engineering calculations and analyses, and produce engineering cost estimates for significant capital upgrade projects related to transmission, substations, and distribution systems.
Stay current with industry standards and codes within the utility sector. Enforce and uphold all relevant standards and codes for operations and maintenance, replacement/renewal, and new installations.

The Candidate
Bachelor's Degree in engineering from an ABET accredited curriculum or equivalent and 8 years of related working experience.
8+ years of experience
The candidate is required to possess a PE or an EIT
Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, Poleforeman, O-Calc, PLS-CADD, and Microsoft Office is required.
Understand GIS database for large-scale electrical distribution systems.
