Required skills: --- Systems Engineering and architecture support in one ormore of the following capability areas: - Communications/Networking - Command & Control - Information Operations (IO) - Space Systems --- Experiencewith JCIDS, DoD 5000 Acquisition Process, andNavy SYSCOM SETRs --- Developmentand verification of Navy SE documentation such as TRD, SRD, SDS, SSS,SSDD, SRS, IRS, IDD, STP, STD, and STR. --- Architecture, JCIDS, and SE tools such as SystemArchitect, DOORS, Requisite Pro, Magic Draw, and CORE. Additional desired skills: --- Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability MaturityModel Integration (CMMI) --- Netcentric Enterprise Solutions forInteroperability (NESI) guidance --- NationalInstitute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Executive Order 13636 of 12Feb 2013 guidance regarding Cybersecurity Frameworks) --- Departmentof the Navy Policy on Digital Product/Technical Data, ASN RD&A memoof 23 October 2004 --- Departmentof Defense (DOD) Evolutionary Development and Acquisition (ED/A) approachfor C4I systems Task areas: - Requirements Analysis -functional analysis and develop functional, performance, and detaileddesign specifications in support of implementation - Systems Design - design, develop,and document command and intelligence prototype hardware and softwarecomponents and subsystems to provide new functional, cybersecure capabilities or improve the performance of information processing anddata transport - System Upgrades -provide systems engineering support todetermine appropriate modifications and improvements to existing commandand intelligence systems and networks - Interface Engineering -identify integration or interface requirements, develop designspecifications, and implement the interface or integration approach amongselected C4I subsystems - Proof of Concept andImplementation -provide turnkeysolutions for C4I proof-of-concept and prototype systems and networks Experience: 5+ years C4I, weapons/combat system, or ISRSystems Engineering Education: Silver BulletSolutions, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
