If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level.Job Description:As a Franchisee Experience Specialist at The UPS Store, Inc. you will play a pivotal role in creating and executing marketing events and campaigns that motivate, educate, and celebrate our target audience of over 5,000 franchisees. You will have the opportunity to plan, coordinate, and oversee a wide range of events, from webinars and conferences to executive functions and internal networking events.RESPONSIBILITIESEvent Planning: Develop, plan, and execute marketing events, ensuring they align with the company's overall marketing strategy and objectives.Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging event content, including presentations, promotional materials, and email campaigns.Logistics: Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-site support.Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events, attract attendees, and maximize attendance.Audience Engagement: Create interactive and memorable event experiences to engage attendees and build lasting relationships.Metrics and Analysis: Monitor and measure the success of events, providing post-event reports with key performance indicators and insights.Budget Management: Ensure events are executed within budget constraints and track expenses effectively.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with communications, design, and other teams to ensure seamless event execution.QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in marketing event planning and execution.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to problem-solve on the fly.
