Job Description:

Duties--- You will ensure that all safety and risk mitigation measures are in place to ensure all high-risk training objectives are met with minimal risk to trainees.--- You will find ways to improve the quality of the work as directed, promote team building, and improve business practices.--- You will identify developmental and training requirements for all Active Duty and civilian instructors by conducting or arranging for the requisite development and training.--- You will enforce compliance of all applicable training instructions, policies, and guidanceRequirements Conditions of Employment--- Must be a US Citizen.--- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.--- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.--- New employees to the Department of the Navy will be
