Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Product Designer, Design
Systems
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate the design of the design system, including visual style,
UI components, and interaction patterns
Establish and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and
standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless
integration and implementation of the design system
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer
Interaction, or related field
4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically with design
systems
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating and
maintaining design systems for large-scale products
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative
Suite, and prototyping tools
Excellent understanding of front-end development technologies and
their impact on design
