--- Managing and working with the customer and technical staff on
milestones and assisting with schedule development, preparing
correspondence and reports of a technical nature and other duties
as required supporting a collaborative team process.
--- Driving the adherence to the processes and procedures for all
engineers supporting the contract.
--- Ensuring major projects and program schedules and plans are
integrated across functional groups including training, operations,
material, and quality.--
--- Identifying, Communicating, and Coordinating Technical issues
and driving technical issues to closure.
--- Serving as a Signature authority for the Systems Engineering
and Integration Technical Team on engineering releases at plant and
for the field.
--- Driving Root Cause Corrective Actions and coordinating the
resulting solutions with engineering technical areas to ensure the
proper engineering documentation is released and valid.
--- Providing technical advice and guidance on installation,
adaptation, configuration or enhancement of company technical
products, programs, and systems.
--- Managing engineering expertise for resolving technical
problems, troubleshooting and modifying products in accordance with

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however,
Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining
base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the
position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and
current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to
base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman
provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage,
