Job Description:

A nonprofit organization is seeking a User Experience (UX) Researcher & Designer.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user interviews and usability testing to gather insights on user needs, preferences, and pain points
Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions and improve overall user satisfaction
Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate user insights into actionable improvements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience in UX research and design
Proven track record of conducting user interviews and translating insights into product improvements
Strong design skills, with experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user interface design
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma
