Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Coding & OASIS Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Support all coding and OASIS subject matter needs cross-functionally
Provide expertise in ICD-10 coding and compliance
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflows and compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications:

5 years of home care experience
Certified Professional Coder or equivalent certification
Minimum 3 years of routine coding and OASIS review experience
Professional license as RN, PT, OT, or ST
Knowledge of EMR systems and CMS guidelines
