A company is looking for an Employee Experience Specialist
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Design and improve new hire onboarding programs aligned with
company values and goals
Facilitate virtual onboarding sessions and maintain onboarding
content across platforms
Support cultural programming and employee engagement initiatives
throughout the employee lifecycle
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in People, HR, Learning & Development, or a
related field
Passion for creating inclusive employee experiences
Strong organizational and adaptability skills in a fast-paced
environment
Familiarity with learning platforms and digital collaboration
tools
Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and optimize
programs
