Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Advocate Triage I
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Process and release a high volume of cases efficiently in a
fast-paced environment
Analyze received documents to determine how they work together for
coverage
Support Patient Advocate teams with current information and
complete routine tasks with minimal supervision
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant
experience, or an associate or bachelor's degree
Knowledge of clinical lab systems and/or customer relationship
management (CRM) systems is a plus
Comprehensive understanding and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and
Outlook
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, often under
pressure
Capability to analyze details and case completeness effectively
