Job Description:

A company is looking for a SaaS Contract Specialist to support SaaS transactions through drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, DPAs, and government contracts
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
Manage contract risk effectively

Required Qualifications

Experience with SaaS agreements
Strong understanding of NDAs and DPAs
Experience negotiating and reviewing government contracts
Familiarity with FedRAMP requirements (nice-to-have)
Background in procurement law or government contracting regulations (nice-to-have)
