Job Description:
A company is looking for a Fast Track Specialist responsible for
overseeing clients' first 401(k) contributions.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers to identify their needs and assist in
establishing 401(k) plans
Work cross-functionally to ensure customer needs are met and drive
process improvements
Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing technical
integrations with payroll providers
Required Qualifications
3+ years in a role demonstrating troubleshooting and
problem-solving skills
Experience working with retirement plans or payroll providers
Strong work ethic with the ability to manage project plans
independently
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience in customer onboarding within a SaaS environment
