Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Strategist responsible for
expanding and renewing revenue through consultative selling and
customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and provide weekly/monthly pipeline
forecasts
Utilize consultative sales techniques to drive product adoption and
assist with customer onboarding
Prepare proposals and presentations while proactively preventing
subscription cancellations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or
Customer Experience preferred
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software management
Ability to create and execute customer retention strategies
Strong business/sales/marketing acumen
