Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
Minimum 3 years' experience in Customer Support or a similar role
Proven track record in a support role focused on prioritizing work and providing solutions
Experience in adapting to technology and implementing solutions quickly
Ability to explain technical solutions to a non-technical audience
