Job Description:
A company is looking for a Semantic Modeling Lead to shape data
understanding and utilization across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and governance of ontologies and semantic
models for data interoperability
Design the semantic layer to enable self-service analytics and
support AI/ML applications
Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation for the semantic
layer, including key business metrics and ontological
definitions
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in semantic modeling
5+ years of experience in data warehousing concepts and dimensional
modeling
Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud-based data warehouses,
preferably Snowflake
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science,
Information Science, or a related field
Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field is preferred
