Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate to support
clients and enhance their experience with the services offered.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and emails to build and maintain strong client
relationships
Respond to client inquiries for user support while providing
excellent service
Perform outbound outreach to drive adoption of services and assist
customers in growing their business
Required Qualifications
Relevant experience in a customer support environment
Experience with customer support software such as Zendesk or
Salesforce is a plus
Ability to handle 40+ calls a day
A passion for helping others succeed and a positive attitude
Experience working collaboratively in a team setting
