Key Responsibilities
Builds scalable user research solutions and cultivates a community
of growth through coaching and mentoring
Advises and mentors teams on usability trends and user-centered
practices
Analyzes qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights
that drive product design and service improvements
Required Qualifications
14 years of experience with a Bachelor's in Computer Science or 19
years of experience without a degree
Active TS/SCI Full Scope Poly Clearance
Experience in usability and software engineering cycle phases
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and
usability testing
Expertise in managing stakeholder relationships and implementing
various research methods
