Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Sourcer.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top
talent for current and future hiring needs
Build and maintain talent pipelines while fostering relationships
with passive candidates
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop tailored
sourcing strategies and manage candidate pipelines using iCIMS
ATS
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in a recruiting or sourcing role
Proficient in sourcing tools and strategies, including LinkedIn
Recruiter and Boolean search
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field preferred
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and committed to
continuous learning
Strong teamwork ethic and dedication to delivering a high-quality
candidate experience
