A company is looking for a Remote Care Coordination
Representative - Prior Authorizations.
Key Responsibilities
Process tasks related to Care Coordination services with a focus on
accuracy and compliance
Evaluate and electronically file medical documents into patient
charts
Provide exemplary customer service while adhering to HIPAA
guidelines and company protocols
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience with health information management concepts and EHRs is
a plus
Proficient in managing a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access in a secure
workspace
