Job Description:
A company is looking for a Default Fees & Costs Coordinator,
I.
Key Responsibilities
Request, compile, and summarize fees and costs per CIT requests
Prepare and send reinstatement letters/quotes and handle rush
requests
Ensure compliance with investor, insurer, and state guidelines
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college
preferred
One (1) plus years' general office/accounting experience
preferred
Understanding of loan servicing default-related documents
preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite of Applications
Ability to work independently and organize workflow
