Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal CPA, Director of Client
Accounting Services (CAS).
Key Responsibilities
Set, communicate, and implement team goals using EOS principles
Build a positive, high-performing culture within the client
delivery team
Nurture client relationships and ensure service excellence through
proactive engagement
Required Qualifications
CPA with 8+ years of experience, primarily in public accounting
Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms (e.g., Xero, QBO,
Sage)
Familiarity with project management or practice management
tools
Passion for mentoring and developing team members
Strong understanding of accounting rules, regulations, and
guidelines
