What you MUST have:
Advanced communication and organization skills
Sense of urgency
Self and time management
Excellent phone manner
Very metrics driven; ability to meet daily and monthly
BACHELOR'S DEGREE REQUIRED
What will you be doing?
Handle large volume of outbound calls to clients and third-party
exam companies (150-200+ calls per day)
Scheduling clients' post-sale medical exams in a timely
Ability to handle client conflict efficiently
Act as the liaison between clients, agents, and third-party exam
Involvement in building business relationships and improving
