This position is responsible for increasing product and services
revenue by making outbound calls with new and existing customers,
primarily by phone. Inside sales will increase sales by following
up on sales opportunities generated by our marketing promotions
team, incremental upselling on new quotes and orders, reactivation
of inactive accounts, pursuit of new accounts and follow up of
web-leads and other inquiries.
? Prosecute sales opportunities provided by promotions
? Increase sales through incremental selling of targeted products
? Reactive inactive accounts
? Open new accounts
? Timely follow up on new quotes, orders, leads and inquiries
? Timely recording of customer contact activities in CRM

Education: Undergraduate degree required: Business, Marketing,
Communications or Engineering preferred.
Language: Fluency in Spanish a plus
Experience: 2-5 years of experience with proven results in an
outbound call environment. Experienced in the use of CRM
applications such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce.com. etc.
Skills: Expert in use of business software (i.e. Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Publisher and Microsoft Dynamics
