Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Senior Registered Client Service Associate. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience as a Client Service Associate, exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal, and an active Series 7 license to provide operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors at an esteemed firm in San Diego with high wealth and affluent clientele. The elected candidate will work with clients and prospective clients to anticipate and resolve any issues or needs that may arise. In addition to assisting clients, you also will be responsible for scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and on-boarding new clients. A Bachelor?s Degree is required along with the ability to multi task and not let anything slip through the cracks.
