to work for. About the Production Team: Collectively’s Production
team is the strategic production arm of our client services
practice, responsible for leading influencer marketing projects
from kick off to completion with creativity, ingenuity, and
exceptional project management skills. The team charter is flawless
execution and exceptional client service and we pride ourselves on
guiding our clients and influencers through each step of a project
with strategic solutions along the way. Responsibilities: Executive
Producers are expert influencer marketers who have hands-on and
supervisory execution experience across a multi-project account
portfolio. The Executive Producer plays a critical role in account
and project leadership, working as a peer with senior clients and
internal contributors and Production leader across their project
portfolio. An Executive Producer should be able to own strategic
Production perspectives and deliver exceptional client experience
on client ecosystems of $3MM-10MM in annual influencer spend. This
role reports to the VP of Production and will work closely with a
cross-functional team to deliver programs that vary in scale and
scope. The Executive Producer will be responsible for three crucial
areas of campaigns: Project Management and Leadership, Influencer
Casting and Management, and Client Services. Project Management &
Leadership Provide project leadership across multi-project account
ecosystems of between $3-10MM in annual influencer spend, including
guiding the work and contributions for a mix of Sr. Producers,
Producers and Associate Producers Oversee or independently develop
and manage program timelines and budgets, ensuring programs are
delivered on time, on budget, and with key KPIs met Provide ongoing
budget management and oversight to ensure fidelity and accuracy,
and on time creator payments Maintain and oversee a global timeline
of all client projects and active tasks required for delivery
Delegate cross-functional contributions and ensure they are aligned
with overall program goals and Production strategy, communicate
directly with leaders on cross-functional team performances to make
adjustments as-neededCreate and mentor other team members on
creating key production deliverables for complex or nuanced
projects, including campaign briefs, activation strategies,
production schedules and timelines, influencer lists, key client
communications and weekly reportsTogether with Collectively’s
Business Affairs team, ensure contracting approach meets client
needs and that any account-specific BA processes are followed
Ensure that optimization insights, best practices, and learnings
are shared across the account and represented in future work On an
as-needed basis, travel to attend and manage influencer presence at
events and/or shoots and/or attend key client meetings where
Production Leadership is required Provide project and and daily
task leadership to Sr. Producers, Producers and Associate Producers
supporting the account, including delegation and deliverable review
Identify new and improved ways of working; proactively bring ideas
to Account and Team leaders and lead roll out and oversight of new
methods Together with Production Leadership, provide suggestions
for team resourcing and project assignments Lead the team in
managing scaled seeding (gifting) programs from start to finish,
including influencer recruitment, community development and
management, vendor relationship and seeding sample prototype build,
product fulfillment and content tracking. Excel at adopting and
utilizing key tech and SaaS platforms Influencer Casting &
Management Manage the development of a casting approach across a
client project portfolio; collaborate with Account Leadership to
provide input on casting briefs that meets key client and project
goals Responsible for successful casting of influencers for
campaigns, whether via briefs to Collectively’s casting partner or
by utilizing our casting CRM tool directly and, as needed, can
independently execute all tasks required for casting (list
building, outreach, surveys, creator negotiation) Ensure that key
account best practices or nuances are reflected in any casting
approach and lists delivered to clients Develop compelling,
data-driven and thoughtful rationale for casting decisions that
track back to casting goals Oversee the creation and management of
account-specific casting libraries and community databases Partner
with Analytics & Performance and Collectively technology partners
to ensure community databases are built for efficiency and client
experience, while leveraging the most sophisticated tools available
to highlight community data Provide guidance, oversight, and
hands-on contributions to influencer outreach strategy,
negotiation, and selection, prioritizing creator/agent
relationships and experience, as well as brand and agency
reputation, in every communication. Provide guidance, oversight,
and hands-on contributions to brand-approved creator communications
template libraries for use throughout the lifecycle of projects
Client Services Serve as senior day to day point of contact for
clients across all active projects for a specific account, brand,
and/or sub-category/division Responsible for the overall Production
experience, including timeliness, accuracy, quality,
responsiveness, and troubleshooting solutions. Engaged in
cross-functional partnership to drive innovation on project
portfolios; supporting Collectively’s reputation as a cutting-edge
influencer agency Anticipate client needs and project challenges
and respond proactively Lead internal & external Production
meetings across an account portfolio, speaking to campaign
progress, on-the-fly strategy & problem solving, and preparing
summaries/recaps Ability to identify areas of improvements on key
accounts and provide strategic recommendations for optimizations
and account growth Partner with Account Management on
troubleshooting client servicing challenges, guiding and overseeing
new approaches to production delivery as needed to support the
account Spot opportunities for incremental revenue; supporting
in-the-moment client conversations and passing off opportunities to
Account Management Model, coach, and ensure team is delivering on
exceptional communication with clients across a variety of mediums,
including email, phone, in-person and slides (Keynote/Google
Slides) Partner with Brand Partnerships (Collectively’s revenue
team) during key client journey moments to ensure a seamless client
services experience With the support of Production VP, troubleshoot
production challenges and deliver thoughtful solutions that meet
client or project needs Strong understanding of the Influencer
Marketing landscape and ability to educate and discuss
opportunities and pivots live with clients, coming to the table
with recommendations to meet program goals Requirements Minimum 10
years client-facing production or influencer marketing experience
(in relevant marketing/advertising industry or similar) A proven
ability to deliver influencer partnerships across a breadth of
social media platforms and content formats Exceptional client
services skills, including verbal, written and presentation
communication abilities Exceptional organizational, project
management and time management skills and an ability to manage
multiple deadlines at once An ability and willingness to deeply
understand the needs, motivations and aspirations of our clients
and influencers and translate that understanding into impactful
content Ability to work autonomously with little oversight, as well
as a strong ability to successfully work cross-functionally to
ensure contributions from multiple stakeholders across disciplines
are woven into the project work seamlessly Ability to work across 5
strategic client projects at a time A positive, enthusiastic

is $120,000 – $138,000. Collectively takes into consideration a
wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation
decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and
training, qualifications and education, and other business and
organizational needs.
