Under general supervision manage metrics processes to measure
efficiency and effectiveness for Building Operations business
services. Identify and make recommendations for key metrics to
measure effort toward improving overall customer satisfaction and
make recommendations for proactive solutions. Compile and analyze
data from multiple sources within Facilities Management (FM)
management tools (Marketplace, Maximo, Oracle, Financial Link) to
develop new and existing metrics. Apply statistical and financial
analyses calculations and produce spreadsheets and graphs in
Microsoft Excel. Analyze processes to determine process
improvements, eliminate or minimize bottlenecks, recommend changes
to improve cycle time and identify opportunities to improve
Conduct non-conformance investigation, root cause analysis of
issues related to corrective maintenance. Collaborate with
Preventive Maintenance/Asset Management Analyst for issues related
to general or preventive maintenance. Ensure that FM incidents
receive the proper level of failure analysis. Identify repeat
failures, gather data and information, determine and evaluate
solutions or alternatives and develop plans to improve performance.
Assist Building Operations leadership in evaluating processes and
developing controls. Recommend measures to improve reliability,
accountability, quality, performance, work conditions, safety and
to increase efficiency of the department. Analyze discrepancies in
Building Operations overhead budget provided by FM Business &
Finance. Research and identify source of discrepancy and make
recommendations for resolution.
Receive Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) smog certifications
for all campus building and portable emergency generators. Identify
outstanding issues or failures and coordinate required repairs and
smog certification. Report data to EH&S and maintain records.
Collaborate with EH&S to resolve outstanding issues. Receive
refrigerant use, disposal and purchase tracking information from
technicians for all of FM refrigeration systems. Report data to EPA
and maintain records
In conjunction with RMP Communications Manager, serve as the
content manager for the FM Building Operations website. Develop and
maintain content as needed in consultation with relevant staff and

Graduation from college with a major in business administration,
