If you are a job seeker with a disability and require a reasonable accommodation to apply for one of our jobs, you will find the contact information to request the appropriate accommodation by visiting the following page: Pricing Analyst - Spinal Implants Hardware As a Pricing Analyst on our Sales Ops team you'll directly support SeaSpine's commercial growth strategy by enabling our field Sales team to onboard new customers and distributors, as well as facilitating product launches, customer pricing, and reporting/analytics. Key to the role is managing customer RFPs, field requests for information, and various reporting projects. You'll be a major resource to our Sales and Customer Service teams in resolving pricing issues/discrepancies and will ensure accurate and timely processing of requests. As a seasoned Sales Ops professional, you understand the impact of your role on processes across multiple departments and will successfully create and maintain streamlined procedures.

• Gather and administer contract/discount information for pricing administration, as well as analyze contract data to ensure it meets our guidelines and includes appropriate pricing
• Lead the collaboration of internal teams (sales, accounting, legal, marketing, etc.) in the preparation and response to customer RFPs and contracts
• Independently trouble shoot and resolve complex issues regarding pricing, systems
• Create and analyze reports and metrics for management and sales teams
• Perform SOX analysis for internal and external audit requirements
• Communicate contract pricing and terms to Sales team and surgeon customers/hospitals
• Review all signed terms and conditions to ensure original copies follow record retention filing guidelines
• Provide contract/discount procedure training to Sales and Sales Operations personnel
• Conduct contract compliance assessments and developing action plans for assessment deficiencies
• Identify areas for possible process improvement Required Qualifications
  • High school degree or equivalent with 5 years' experience in Customer Service, Pricing/Contract Management or Sales Operations
  • 5+ years' experience in Customer Service, Pricing/Contract Management or Sales Operations
  • 3-5 years' experience extracting and manipulating data from CRM and ERP systems, and creating reports and analysis
  • Experience with contract management and pricing analysis
  • Mastery of the English language and strong ability to effectively communicate verbally and through written correspondence with all levels of peers and leadership at SeaSpine, distributorships, hospitals, and other vendors worldwide
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
  • Demonstrated ability to work creatively, prioritize and smoothly manage goals and initiatives amidst competing priorities
  • Critical thinker with strong attention to detail, and ability to problem solve and establish solutions in a high-growth and fast-pace environment Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelors Degree in related field
    • 2+ years in medical device or life sciences industry
