Job Description:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing a variety of maintenance functions at the facility including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. This requires an in-depth understanding of building systems and principles, a general understanding of office procedures, and the ability to learn and apply direction.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS* Perform and record scheduled preventative maintenances on a variety of systems including carwash and detailing bays * Troubleshoot failed equipment and provide recommended repair methods.* Assist in minor repairs on general facility equipment and systems (i.e. electrical, plumbing, doors, gate systems, HVAC, conveyance, vacuum systems, etc.).* Track work performed through a computer maintenance management system (CMMS).* Report relevant data points to the Carwash Program Manager.* Ensure operational reliability and work to improve efficiency in the consolidated rental car facility. * Participate in the latest industry standard training procedures. * Maintain cleanliness of all work areas including inventory area and tools. * Manage and maintain an onsite parts stock inventory via an online maintenance management software.* Respond appropriately to urgent, emergency, or after-hour issues as they arise.* Establish good working relationship with other team members.* Foster positive communications and relationships with tenants, owners, and building staff.* Keep up to date on industry trends and developments.* Adhere to company policies and procedures.* Actively participate in meetings as requested* Other duties as assigned
