Bitcarbon is the first diamond commodity. It u2019s powered by the Blockchain, and is being purchased by some of the largest ETF and asset management companies. Some of them are our investors. The platform is mostly built, and we expect to launch in Q1 2019. We u2019re seeking experienced professionals across multiple disciplines who want to be a part of a rapidly growing, funded startup and industry pioneer. The Production Supervisor will have responsibility for overseeing the people, processes, and equipment involved in producing the Bitcarbon commodity. The incumbent will be responsible for the accuracy, timeliness and security of the production process. Additional responsibilities include: maintaining inventories and accountability of the product, which contains diamonds planning weekly and monthly work schedules for production staff defining work requirements, methods, and procedures troubleshooting production issues as they arise Leading improvement initiatives for existing processes, workflows, and equipment RequirementsBachelor's degree degree required with an emphasis in engineering, physics, chemistry, and material science. Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office 365 applications preferred Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role. Must be flexible to work any shift when needed Benefits Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.
