Placed in the forefront of our leading and cutting-edge Cell and Gene Therapy businesses enabling clients to cure genetic, rare, and otherwise untreatable diseases as their CDMO of choice.How will you make an impact?The Master Production Scheduler/Production Planner role will be part of the Supply Chain team supporting the Pharma Services Group's new and growing MMS Business and will have a primary focus on ensuring product availability, Sales & Operations Planning, inventory management and capacity planning while providing excellent customer service to both internal and external partners in support of the Carlsbad MMS Manufacturing site.What will you do?* Facilitate, compile metrics for and perform analysis for SIOP (Sales, Inventory, Operations, and Planning)* Help build the forecast and create work orders in SAP to translate customer demand into a feasible production plan while balancing the needs of clients with the site's operational objectives and GMP requirements* Analyze site capacity requirements, identify mid-long term bottlenecks and discuss corrective action with site management* Manage and maintain safety stocks and planning parameters* Work closely with the scheduler and manufacturing teams to ensure that work orders are completed on time and to plan* Recognize problems, analyze and recommend solutionsHow will you get here?* A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business or other related field required.
