Job DescriptionPaladin Technologies is a premiere complex systems integrator that designs and deploys sophisticated systems technology in a client-focused approach. Operating in 25 offices across North America, Paladin is a leader in the design, deployment, optimization, management, and maintenance of integrated systems including Security, Audio-Visual, and Data Networking systems. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for the receival, inventory, separation, and delivery of owner provided equipment. The individual in this role will drive oversized vehicles and use pallet jacks/forklifts. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory of equipment and inventory reports
  • Receive materials from shippers
  • Organize items by type, function, department
  • Separate equipment by site and location
  • Create and follow organization standards
  • Maintain clean storage areas
  • Document any issues
  • Communicate with individuals to ensure policies and procedures are followed
  • Identify and revise processes for the most efficient ways for personnel to pick-up materials
  • Maintain the cleanliness of company vehicles
  • Ensure all assets and documentation are accounted for before transporting
  • Have awareness of all individuals who access the storage areas and for what purpose
  • Follow all security protocols to ensure safety and security of items being stored
  • Enforce posted signs to help regulate all personnel with access to the facility
  • Secure storage facility
  • Process paperwork and create spreadsheets
  • Identify any missing equipment and communicate this to Paladin staffRequired Qualifications
    • Driver license and clean driving record with minimum of 3 years of driving experience
    • Ability to drive oversized vehicles
    • Certified to drive forklift or ability to obtain certification
    • Inventory and warehouse experience
    • Experience with Excel
    • Ability to lift up to 50 poundsDemonstrated Professional Competencies

      • Ability to work independently but also as part of a teamPhysical DemandsIn general, the following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
        • Must be able to regularly stand, climb, walk, sit, push, pull, squat, crawl, and stoop. Use hands to finger, handle, feel objects, and type on keyboard; reach with hands and arms; effectively communicate (i.e., see, hear, speak, and write clearly).
        • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Working ConditionsIn general, the following conditions of the work environment are representative of those that an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
          • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions, may be required to travel to and from job site locations, and may occasionally work in a typical office environment. The noise level in the work environment is generally considered moderate.
