care.SUMMARYServes as commercial analyst for Prometheus Labs
commercial operations group. Performs commercial data analysis,
systems development and maintenance, administers contracts, and
ensures consistent use of internal processes through audits and
training. This is a high profile role that has access and
responsibilities throughout the commercial organization.ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to the
following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Works with key stakeholders to prepare, process, analyze, and
share data to drive meaningful action towards achieving company
goals
- Manages client account configuration across LIMS and billing
systems, including account creation and pricing configuration
- Serves as Salesforce administrator for company; plans, builds,
tests, and deploys solutions to meet business objectives. Works in
collaboration with IS and external vendors to improve and maintain
company's use of Salesforce
- Generates and distributes weekly reporting packages to sales
leadership
- Compiles weekly and quarterly business review reports for the
field sales organization
- Assists management in developing and producing commercial
KPIs
- Plays integral role in determining marketing analytics and
providing ad hoc data analysis as requested by management team
- Assists with drafting of contract paperwork, including
amendments for Laboratory Pricing Agreements and Specimen Handling
Agreements. Works closely with legal team and department leadership
to review and redline contract language.
- Maintains filing system for contracts and tracks data
associated with subsequent changes
- Responsible for review of contracts for termination dates,
outdated CPT codes etc. at a minimum of an annual basis and
reporting findings to Market Access team
- Assists with the review, preparation and tracking of
credentialing applications and documentation required by government
agencies such as CMS, state Medicaid programs, commercial payors
and direct bill clients
- Assists with gathering, compiling, validating, and analyzing
data needed by members of the organization used to understand
current claims adjudication trends
- Assists with the set up and audit of tables and contacts in
applicable systems
- Troubleshoots pricing issues to ensure clients are billed
correctly,
- Provides assistance and training to the applicable teams to
support QA activities and ensure consistency across programs
- Assists the IS QA team in evaluating the implementation status
of recommendations for corrective actions from comprehensive
evaluations and focused reviews
- Performs user acceptance testing as needed
- Conducts analysis as needed by commercial operations
leadership
- Assists with special projects as requiredSUPERVISORY

EXPERIENCEPosition generally requires a Bachelors degree or
equivalent work experience, and at least 3 years of related
experience in sales operations or commercial analytics. Working
knowledge of accessing Medical Coding (CPT & Diagnostic Codes) and
HIPAA rules and regulations required and excellent knowledge of
medical terminology required. Proficiency in Excel, power BI, Word
and Salesforce.com required. Must have strong organizational and
analytical skills with the ability to problem solve in a rapidly
changing environment. Laboratory or related healthcare industry
experience preferred. LANGUAGE SKILLSMust be fluent in both verbal
and written English. Must have the ability to speak effectively in
order to provide information and respond to questions from
managers, employees, and other individuals. Ability to effectively
present information in one-on-one and small group situations with
other employees of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLSMust
possess excellent analytical skills and perform mathematical
calculations. Ability to balance and reconcile large figures
quickly and accurately using units of American currency.REASONING
ABILITYAbility to recognize problems, collect relative data,
establish facts, draw valid conclusions and take appropriate action
under general supervision. Ability to understand and appreciate
