    Northrop Grumman is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst/Principal Industrial Security Analyst 2/3 for the DoD collateral programs under direction of the Security Manager. The candidate will support the management and execution of program security as it applies to program protection and industrial security oversight for our DoD Industrial Security Programs. Support a critical, fast-paced, high-profile U.S. defense program.Create, maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers.Ensure adherence to contractual guidance for classified programs and cleared facilities in accordance with DD Form 254, DoD Contract Security Classification Specifications guidance.Assist program managers and professional staff in the interpretation, application and compliance with program Security Classification Guides (SCG).Provide facility security administration, documentation, and management support: draft and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP); conduct security program self-inspections; manage inventory of accountable holdings in accordance with the policies and procedures; prepare and submit status reports to applicable government agencies; administer and manage classified destruction program; serve as the focal point for receiving, processing, distributing, and controlling all classified documentation (hard copy and electronic media) entering or leaving the facility; maintain suspense copies of all material transported via courier and perform follow-up, as needed.Review and verify personnel security clearances for large program meetings.Send Visit Authorization Requests (VAR) for Program Personnel visiting external locations.Manage and maintain UL-2050 Compliant Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and automated Access Control Systems (ACS).Assist in the development, documentation, and presentation of classified security education, awareness, and training activities.Analyze, investigate, and resolve classified security issues while providing Security leadership and guidance to employees, supervisors, and managers on actions(s) to be taken to ensure compliance with the classified security program. Investigate and document Security violations.Perform other duties as assigned or required.This position can be filled at either a level 2 or level 3.Basic Qualifications for a level 2:Bachelor's and 3+ years of Security or related experience or 1+ year of Security or related experience with Master's Degree; An additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.Minimum of DoD SECRET clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance with a current Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI).Computer and desktop Microsoft office software products experience (Word, Excel etc...)Basic Qualifications for a level 3:Bachelor's and 6+ years of Security or related experience or 4+ year of Security or related experience with Master's Degree; An additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.Active Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain/maintain a Top-Secret security clearance with a current Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI).Computer and desktop Microsoft office software products experience (Word, Excel etc...)Preferred Qualifications:Top Secret clearance/SSBI.Self-starter with minimal supervision.CDSE Industrial Security Training.Experience utilizing NISS, DISS and/or SIMS.Experience working with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA).Prior program security (Collateral, SAP or SCI) experience.Classification review experience.Excellent customer service and communication skills, both oral and written.Must be detail-oriented, have meticulous record-keeping, and will be responsible for accurate data input into multiple databases/spreadsheets. Organized and efficient at time management Salary Range: $70,200 USD - $105,200 USD Salary Range 2: $86,300 USD - $129,500 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
