schedule.Position Summary The Test Technician will be responsible
for the testing of products developed by our company for public
release. In this role, you will be required to plan, conduct, and
report on testing done to products under development as well as
provide advice and feedback to relevant stakeholders. The
successful technician must possess strong knowledge of practices
and requirements for the manufacture of cable, wire and harness
assemblies (IPC/WHMA-A-620A Class 3).Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe
essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Testing products for safety,
capacities, compliance, and performance.Examining and investigating
specific aspects and components of products in question.Compiling
reports on findings and testing data gathered.Providing
recommendations and advice to relevant stakeholders.Maintaining lab
and testing equipment regularly.Discussing findings with other team
members.Implementing changes in testing protocols as
required.Consulting with senior management about testing
results.Reporting any issues through the appropriate
channels.Recommending technical and procedural additions to test
processes.Performs other duties as assigned or required.Minimum
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Associate's -degree in
non-destructive testing, applied technology, or similar;
certification as a testing technician in our specified business
area will suffice.2 years' experience as a production test
technician, product tester or similar role.Knowledge of IPC-A-610
and/or IPC/WHMA-A-620A is required. Proficiency in testing
procedures and protocols.Analytical thinking and abilities.Report
writing and document analysis skills.Ability to work with data and
numbers.Problem-solving skills and decisive knowledge of
appropriate testing methods.Ability to work
unsupervised.Comfortable with industry-specific testing equipment
and software.Knowledge of testing equipment maintenance and storage
procedures.Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.Physical
Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here

successfully perform the essential functions of this position.

communicate. The employee frequently is required to use hands or
fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. Frequently
required prolonged periods in stationary position at a desk

move, position self, and reach with hands and arms. The employee
must occasionally transport up to 75 pounds. Specific vision
abilities required by this position include clarity of vision at
approximately 20 inches or less (i.e., working with small objects
or reading small print), including use of computers, far visual
acuity, and peripheral vision. The noise level in the work
environment is usually low to moderate. Salary Range$65,000.00 -
$85,000.00However, Innoflight considers several factors when
extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and
associated -responsibilities, a candidate's work experience,
education/training, and key skills. Employees may be eligible for
profit sharing and discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
